Hello World has kept our Drupal infrastructure running without interruption for over four years. They managed two major version upgrades, from 7 to 9 and then to 10, including a custom syntax highlighting module migration to highlight.js. Through all of it, communication has been clear and consistent. They explain things plainly, respond quickly, and don’t make you chase them down. They do what they say they’ll do.
