A Discovery Session is a focused, paid working session — typically 4 hours — in which Hello World maps a project’s goals, constraints, audience, and technical landscape so the resulting scope and pricing are grounded in evidence rather than guesses.

• Audience and access requirements (accessibility, language, device).
• Current technical landscape: hosting, CMS, integrations, content sources.
• Constraints: budget, timeline, governance, risk appetite.
• Quick-win opportunities vs. structural changes.

What you walk away with

• A documented problem statement and success criteria.
• A scoped recommendation with phased options and rough cost ranges.
• A risk and dependency register.
• A decision: proceed to Define Phase, take recommendations back in-house, or part ways with no further commitment.

Why it’s paid
